Electrolytic aluminum flue gas purification features

【China Aluminum Industry Network】 Currently, electrolytic aluminum flue gas purification methods are classified into wet-type purification and dry-type purification. Wet purification has the problem of secondary pollution of water and corrosion of equipment. After running together for half a year, the content of Na2SO4 in the circulating fluid gradually increases, affecting the purification action. When the temperature is low, there are suspicions that crystals are separated and pipelines are blocked. Compared to wet purification, dry cleaning using direct use of electrolytic Al2O3 absorption of HF in the exhaust gas, with high power, no secondary pollution, simple operation, low operating costs, and thus has been widely used.

The plan for the study of electrolytic aluminum flue gas dry purification equipment aims to obtain better parameters of reactor planning by first performing cold experiments in the laboratory, and then implement it into industrial applications. We hoped to reach the goal of lowering the energy required for dry cleaning, and to improve the power of dry cleaning, and then let the electrolytic aluminum industry embark on a sustainable development path.

Manufacturing process:

1). Dry process:By dry process, can produce isotropic & anisotropic magnets. The tool can be changed and developed easily.

2). Wet process:By wet process, only anisotropic magnets can be produced. It is complicated to change the tool and the tooling charge is much higher.


1). Isotropic ferrite magnets are not oriented and can be magnetized in any direction.

2). Anisotropic ferrite magnets are different, they are all oriented in the manufacturing direction, and should be magnetized in the direction of orientation.
